проигнорировали? Извините но я не знаю где посмотреть кроссбраузерное решение реализованное при помощи библиотеки raphael.js? Изучать конечно не лень. Просто думал что решение очень простое. А проблему кажется конкретно описал. Два сайт, одна карта, на оригинале в 6 екслорере все ОК а у меня при наведении на регион подсвечивается все изображение, то есть кубик. Пожалуйста повторите ссылку на raphael.js и если можно то хоть подскажите в чем проблема моей карты, СSS или может java script? Спасибо!

Думал простой вопрос на который я так и не получил ответ. Нах.. такие коментарии "копай в сторону map"? Если знаете подскажите или выражайтесь конкретней. Вопрос актуален.

Про <map> более менее понятно. Проблема прозрачности думал css, получается что причина в JS?Стоп. Так здесь не используется <map>, в том и фишка, не нужно куча координат прописывать. Ну все готово только прозрачность сделать в IE6

Помогите пожалуйста реализовать карту Италии построенную на gif и css. Собственно сайт auto-bazar.it где это есть и работает кроме ie6, и сайт www.autoitalia.it от куда это взято. Пожалуйста не смотрите что я просто взял и скопировал чужую карту, в дальнейшем по максимуму ее переделаю. Цвет другой и размер нужен побольше. Но за основу взял именно ее. Проблема в том что на сайте autoitalia.it в ie6 все работает отлично, прозрачности отображаются, а у меня нет. Подскажите в чем проблема. Всем спасибо за помощь.

Есть карта Італии на сайте auto-bazar.it . Принцип действия такой. Есть Изображение по умолчанию, /images/map-italy.jpg и 20 точно таких же изображений только с выделенным желтым цветом соответственного региона Италии. То есть при наведении на то место где расположен регион которому отвечают его координаты, подложка /images/map-italy.jpg заменяется изображение с подсвеченным регионом. Проблема в том что 20 изображений * 17 килобайт = 340 кб. Это не допустимо. Я в Java Script вообще не шарю. По изложенному коду пожалуйста подскажите как заставить его и возможно ли ето чтоб при наведении на любой регион выводилось изображение .png или .gif с прозрачностью, то есть только картинка с за крашеным регионов но не взамен подложка а поверх нее. При такой работе 20*1.5=30 кб. Думаю понятно.
