Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день, при вёрстке столкнулся с проблемой и никак не могу реализовать (картинка ниже)
Не могу разместить блоки правильно + ко всему на картинках кнопки не могу реализовать. Буду признателен за помощь.
Со слайдером разберусь. Главное макет расположения блоков помогите сделать.
