Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Нужно привязать меню к низу страницы, независимо от состояния полос прокрутки.
Как здесь: http://www.artlebedev.ru/tools/technogrett...ml/fixed_in_ie/ и здесь: http://www.artlebedev.ru/tools/technogrett.../fixed_in_msie/, только к НИЗУ.
Не подскажите, какие изменения нужно внести в код? Решение должно работать в IE6 и выше.
