в IE подчеркивание превратилось в перечеркивание

А vertical-align:bottom в этом случае точно обязателен?

И еще, вместо margin:0px; ... margin-top:10px; margin-bottom:10px; я бы написал margin: 10px 0; - смысл тот же, а писать меньше и отлаживать, имхо, проще...

Все можно упростить. visited, hover, active наследуют свойства от link, поэтому писать надо только различающиеся. Повторяющиеся свойства и значения убрать. vertical-align выкинуть.
