Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как применить один файл CSS к IE6 и 7, а другой к другим броузерам?
Для IE версий старше 6 надо применить iestyle.css
, а для всех остальных otherstyle.css.
Как такая процедура описывается?
