Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Ребят, помогите пожалуйста.
Вроде находил похожие темы, но не находил нужного мне ответа.
Сам сайт создать не могу - пока не хватает знаний, поэтому взял с uCoz вот этот готовый шаблон, т.к. он неплохой на вид и шапку легко заменить (единая-не поделенная на куски), вот только проблема в том, что ползунка прокрутки темы нету снизу и страница растянута, я понимаю что если ставить пробелы растягиваться страница не будет, но а как быть с большими рисунками?
В общем как мне сделать, что бы тема была в своей ячейке и не вылазила за края, а края страницы оставались по краям браузера при увеличении страницы (ctrl+) и изменении разрешения экрана.
