Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Может кто-нибудь знает, как в элементе select выровнять текст по правому краю в браузерах кроме FF(там банально работает text-align)? Особенно интересует IE и Safari.
Буду очень благодарна за помощь!
