Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Делаю в дриме страницу для рабочего стола. Выделяю область с помощью <area>. Ссылка на файл не работает (браузер предлагает скачать), локально (применяя на рабочий стол) работает всё кроме ссылки.... Помогите разобраться.
