Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Если задать контейнеру размер, и сделать в нем padding (притом отступ намного меньше размера этого контейнера), то в ие6 к размеру еще прибавляется по размеру отступа с каждой стороны, как сделать, чтоб размер не менялся?
