Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Подскажите пожалуйста хтмл код для всплива окна как на скрине... !!! Чтобы когда нажимаешь на ссылку то было окно в котором была оддельня информация и чтобы ее тоже можно было переделать в хтмл (тоисть например сделать другим цветом текст ... или там ссылку поместить и т.д. ) ну надеюсь вы поняли!!! )) Заранее спасибо!!!
