проблема с Меню и блоками в FF и опере

левый и правый блоки в опере 9.27 сильно смещены относительно нужного положения вправо а центральное выпадающее меню в FF уехало вообще непонятно куда (где то сбоку и справа)..

относительно оперы ситуация непонятная. На локали у меня все выглядит нормально, а как только программер сливает их на сервер всё выглядит ужасно

В общем косяков там хватает, но устранить хотелось бы для начала самые ужасные
