Приветствую Вас.

Скажите плз, как убрать зелёную рамку воктруг картинки?

Т.Е. все отступы сделать 0.

bgcolor='green' выкинуть ваще, навсегда, никогджа больше не вспоминать, стереть из памяти...

Заодно и все остальные bgcolor='...'

Инлайн стиль тоже гавнецо.

Перенесите все отдельно в стиль а таблице попробуйте дать cellpadding="0"
