Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

По какому принципу (критериям) работает медиа-тайп.
Например, при создании стиля я указываю, что подходит для всех устройств (т.е. all)
Открываю с того же смартфона через браузер сайт, и что? мне адаптируются страницы под размер мобилы?
И как мне специальным образом сверстать стиль элементов на странице для мобильного устройства?
Ребят поподробней чуток, чтоб вопросов не было больше.
