Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Есть ячейка содержимое которой должно скролиться внутри.Все вроде работает но только в файфоксе корректно отображаеться.В опере и в эксплорере все как бы сверху области прокрутки вылезает.
