Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Суть проблему - как сделать в CSS так, что бы от фоновой картинки, выравненной по левому краю, отрезать 1 пиксель по ширине с правой стороны (высоту оставить), и растянуть его на 100% (дабы он растягивался при изменении размера окна браузера). Или же подойдет вариант если сразу после фона поставить другую картинку и растянуть ее.
