Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

так вот какая бяка получается в IE.
не пойми откуда взялась внизу полоса
В чем может быть причина? Уже 4 часа тупо смотрю в монитор и ничего не понимаю)
В остальных браузерах все отлично.
Заранее спасибо всем за помощь
