Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Первый опыт программирования начался с Visual Basic 6. В процессе программирования на этом языке было клёво "пошагово дебажить" код. Т.е. строчка за строчкой "исполнять код", наведя курсор мыши можно было посмотреть значения переменных и т.д.
Такое есть для PHP, кто-нибудь знает? Сам работаю под Linux, но в принципе, и для Windows буду рад услышать рекомендации...
