Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как создать таблицу с фиксированых рисунков дивами с подписями снизу, наиболее оптимально, чтобы при увеличении текста коментария под ними нижний рисунок не сьезжал вниз (слой, в котором находится таблица растягивался по вертикали, по горизонтали - статический) ?
