Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Нужно сделать "резиновыми" ссылки ,то есть чтобы ссылки пропорционально вместе с картинкой уменьшались/увеличивались %( , мне сказали, что это можно сделать с помощью javascript , Помогите пожалуйста я в javascript не разбираюсь
