Как сделать такое?

У меня проблемы с горизонтальными границами (синего цвета которые) через несколько ячеек.

1) Нужным строкам поставь классы.

2) Ячейкам этих строк задай верхнюю границу

Я тебе выше отлично всё расписал по пунктам, если ты не хочешь открыть редактор, книжку и сам разобраться в детском вопросе, то можешь забыть об этом форуме, тебе тут никто ничего писать не будет :)
