Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем привет! Снова обращаюсь к Вам за помощью
Мне надо чтобы определенный элемент отображался только на главной странице... Как это реализовать? Можно ли через конструкцию if-else??? Например если адрес в браузере равен "index.php" или "/" то отображаем элемент, если нет - не отображаем.
