Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Сейчас делается сайт, полностью на html. Просьба заказчика (вернее суровых сеошников). Сайт большой и огромное число ссылок внутри сайта.
Есть ли программа или какой-нибудь сервис, который может проверить правильность ссылок на сайте. Ну например, пройтись по всем страницам и узнать, не возвращается ли где ошибка 404?
