Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Не знаю как с более ранними версиями, но если я хочу, что б текст был больше маркеров
IE отображает всё одинакового размера в бользу текста, т.е. текст большой по ссылкам, а не маленький по маркерам. Что делать?
