Колбасит border при прокручивании в IE (6,7,8)

Происходит что-то непонятное с бордером. Он задан штриховым, но впоследствии скролла может выглядеть и как dotted и как solid, и вот так коряво:

height:1000em; - для примера. такая же бадяга происходит если просто внутри блока много текста

сейчас заметил, что при скролле колесиком колбасит сильнее, чем если двигать ползунок :)

О IE.... :)
