Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Народ у меня проблема.
У меня есть Html страница (index.html)
Она состоит из нескольких таблиц:
1) header
2) меню
3) body
a) Таблица с втавленной в неё другой html страницей (index_1.html)
б) Таблица с данными
4) footer
Вопрос:
Как нажимая на ссылку в меню можно менять html страницу в "body " "a" c index_1.html на index_2.html ?
Заранее спасибо за ответ.
