Правильная вставка object

Не совсем по теме, но не знал где правильно топик разместить. На сайте нужно вставить ролик, код вот:

Проблема в том, что ролик в ИЕ 6-7-8 начинает проигрываться сразу после загрузки страницы как тут, а нужно как в Firefox, только после нажатия кнопки плэй. Может кто-то знает как подправить?

Я проверил в Сафари, Хроме, Лисе, Опере везде стоит кнопочка плэй поверх ролика, так что врядли во флеше дело, хотя может сами браузеры дорисовывают, но кнопка плей выглядит одинаково. А насчет swfobject попробую
