А как это сделать ?Я не знаю :)

На страницу установить небольшой flash-мувик, которому отдавать команду play() при наведении курсора мыши на ссылку.

Примеры есть в инете, если знаний не хватает, чтобы написать самому. Ну, или можно за денежку кому-то заказать, если учить лениво.

Ого какой бизнес :)

Это не бизнес. Это плата за вашу лень. Найти нужный функционал в инете не составляет труда. Но вы предпочитаете тратить наше время вместо своего. А наше время дорого стоит.
