Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

хочу сделать таблицу из 3х ячеек. Что бы в первом ряду были две ячейке, а во втором одна. У каждого ряда свой цвет когда сделал таблицу получается расстояние между ячейками в первом ряду хотя в ксс явно указывал размеры границы.
