Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

В общем верстаю на таблицах, есть шапка, три колонки, и подвал, проблема что когда захожу на страницу, у меня некоторая часть фона tr который я задал для трех колонок, не отображается, т.е. какой-то белый фон, когда обновляю страницу, все становится нормально, вот пример

все остальное нормльно, только этот фон.
Фон задан в tr, в нем же три ячейки.
