Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день. Перед тем как писать - я гуглил, но мне ничего не помогло. Проблема в том что не получается прижать футер к низу.
Вот страница где нужно исправить http://club-mobile.info/test/
т.е. нужно, когда мало контента, чтоб футер всё равно прижимался.

Стрелочками указано что куда сместить.
