Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Такая ситуация. Есть страница с фикс высотой. Нужно сделать так, чтобы при большом разрешении экрана она была вертикально отцентрирована, а не прижималась к верхнему краю. Такое вообще возможно сделать?
