3-х колоночная резиновая верстка div'ами - задавать ширины локов в %

Доброго времени суток уважаемые!!!

Хочется сделать кроссбраузерную, на всю ширину окна верстку с тремя колонками и чтобы у этих колонок ширину можно было выставлять в процентах (%). Необходимо также присутствие шапки и подвала на всю ширину с определенной высотой.

Пытался писать что-то вроде:

Только что-то ничо не получается, поогите плиз!!!

что-то типа как вот здесь только чтобы высота у всех 3-х колонок была одинаковая и подгонялась под самую высокую
