Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Предполагается, что в данном случае один блок div вложен в другой, но фактически это не вполне получается. Только в IE8 отображается так как я бы этого хотел, в фф, опере и в том же IE8 в режиме совместимости как-то получается, что второй div как бы не вложен в первый а идет после него...
