Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Есть фон на сайте, как узнать какую часть минимальную можно тянуть, фон неоднородный похож на песок. Где в фотошопе можно глянуть какой размер минимальный повторения этого repeat?
