Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

EXE - файл создан на Visael Basic'е и выгружен в Интернет.
Вопрос: Можно ли сделать так, чтобы VB-форма появлялась программным образом на стартовой странице сразу в момент загрузки сайта, а не путём клика по ссылке.
