Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый вечер.
Подскажите, как решить проблему с background в opera 10.**
Есть "аккордион"(jquery), работает нормально, но вот со стилями проблема.
В css прописано фоновое изображение, которое ни как не могу заставить отображаться.
В Mozilla, Chrome, Safari и IE работает
