Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Уважаемые эксперты!
На новостной странице сайта нужно создать полосу прокрутки для текстового фрагмента, не умещающегося на странице.
Полазив в Сети, создал такой код:

<div id="wb_Text2" style="position:absolute; left: 385px; top:150px; width:680px; height:560px; z-index:6;"align="left">

</iframe>
</div>

Получаю окно с полосой прокрутки, расположенное в соответствии с показателями left и top. Но размер окна (width:680px; height:560px) никак не регулируется. Оно явно меньше этих показателей. Как его поменять и откуда берётся тот размер, который выдаётся сейчас?
Браузер - Opera.
