Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте.
Бился три часа над решением проблемы - убился напрочь.
Подскажите пожалуйста, как блок вытянуть на 100% по высоте?
Надо вытянуть #left и #right, причем так чтоб при большом контенте в #right, #left тоже тянулся по всё длине странице.
Что-то я не как не соображу, может с вёрсткой надо иначе сделать?
