Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Ребята, помогите пожалуйста, уже весь день пытаюсь решить проблему: apache не отображает css и картинки, выдает ошибку "403 Forbidden
nginx/0.8.50", как от это исправить? Как я понял надо прописать в htaccess что-то
