Страница прыгает вверх

Помогите пожалуйста. Есть такой код:

function get_upg() {
  ...
  document.getElementById('upg').innerHTML = varText;
  ...
}

почему уже после обновления содержимого див блока, при попытки клацнуть мышкой в любое место страницы она прыгает вверх? как избавиться от этого?

P.S. это только в Google Chrome, в ослике и опере норм всё

Переделал на ссылку, всё ок. Наверное это у мэпа такая хрень бывает.

Это конечно хорошо, но map очень нужен.. ладно, спасибо за помощь, буду что то придумывать.
