Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Сейчас ситуация такая:

Мне просто нужно увеличить расстояние между картинкой и рамкой на n пикселей. Как это осуществить?
Пробовал одеть img в div. Стиль div-а:
Но в этом случае части рамки остаются на своих местах.
