Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день!
Такая проблема. В главном каталоге моего сайта есть 2 файла index.php и index.html при открытии моего сайта загружается index.php как сделать так чтобы при вводе ссылки http://мойсайт.ру загружался файл index.html
P.S без переименования файла index.php
