Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Возможна ли работа с клиентскими файлами и папками (создание и наполнение)?
Я вычитал в интернете про оператор createFolder и про createTextFile с createFile.
Это действительно возможно?
