Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Хотелось бы узнать, существуют ли какие-то стандарты, которых следует строго придерживатся при верстании резиновых макетов (к примеру там, чтоб при увеличении разрешения высота изменялась пропорцианально ширине макета, увеличение шрифта и т.д) или все зависит от того, как решил верстальщик?
