Есть вопрос, собственно.

Если ты решил пообщаться, для этого есть спец. раздел "Флейм". Этот раздел предназначен совсем для другого, если у тебя проблемы с вёрсткой, то задавай вопросы по конкретным проблемам.

Вопрос такой: где писать эти самые коды? Когда мы верстаем HTML, мы пишем в блокноте/IDE/и.т.д. А про Вконтакт непонятно.

А что про Вконтакт? В другом месте чтоли?

Скажу по-другому.

Для того, чтобы создать web-страницу, нужно файл .html поместить в корень сайта.

А куда помещать вики-разметку для Вконтакте? Ну не понимаю я... Вот у них faq есть, но он не даёт ответ на этот вопрос: http://vkontakte.ru/page-4489985_26583325

На free-lance.ru в портфолио одного из топовых верстал лежит vkontakte.ru. У кого именно, понятия не имею, но точно видел.

Вики разметка делается непосредственно в редакторе группы. Там есть простой визуальный редактор:

и исходный код, куда и нужно вставить то, что набросал...

он наверное имеет ввиду верстку страниц с применением вики-разметки вконтакте
