Каким образом верстать сайт такого типа?

Верстаю в первый раз, прочитал про вёрстку div-ами, но там только про "резиновые сайты", хочу фиксированный с вот такой структурой.

Структура, думаю, стандартная, но не могу найти как сделать... Кстати, у дивов углы закругленные в макете.
