везде нормально а у хрома список поза экраном

Беда..., все уже давно пользуются reset.css

Вот за всех говорить не надо, на форуме несколько раз звучала тема, что не следует втупую использовать никаких reset. А поскольку мало кто может отличить умное использование от тупого, лучше вообще не употреблять.
