Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Подскажите как сделать такой макет сайта как на картинке:
Не могу понять, всю голову уже сломал себе этими таблицами
На картинке плохо видно, но со всех сторон таблицы должны быть отступы 10%.
А значения в высоту 25%,45% и 10% соответсвенно(сверху)При этом footer в высоту = img, а lefter составляет 70% высоты страницы
