Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Создаю форму обратной связи.
Поля type="text", с помощью CSS задаю border-color:#4664A4; border-width: thin; border-style:solid. Понятно, что вокруг полей ввода появляется соответствующая граница. Для отправки использую type="image", тоже есть соответствующая граница. Можно ли сделать так, чтобы вокруг текстового поля была граница, а вокруг поля изображения этой границы не было? Заранее благодарен.
