Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте. Стоит передо мной задача сделать так, что бы один блок наезжал поверх другого в зависимости от вертикальной прокрутки страницы. Иными словами есть это —проблэм . Нужно что бы блок с картинками наезжал на блок с таблицей. Даже наверное что бы блок с картинками начинал двигаться вниз от определенного отступа (Без скриптов никак?)...
